How does the credit system work?
Credits are a unified currency used across all tools. You receive a set amount each month based on your plan, and spend them however you like — on image generation, virtual try-on, video, articles, or any other tool. Unused credits reset monthly.
Can I try LuxyCreate before paying?
Yes. Every plan includes a 3-day free trial with full access to all tools. No credit card is required to start.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up credits at any time from your dashboard, or upgrade to a higher plan to increase your monthly allocation.
Do you offer enterprise or team plans?
We do. Write to enterprise@luxycreate.com with your team size and requirements and we'll put together a custom quote.
How fast is the support response time?
We aim to reply to all support requests within 3–5 hours on business days. Elite plan subscribers get priority queue with faster response times.
